Whether it be for a quick stop between your JT Park visits or for an extended amount of time, this fully stocked home won't disappoint. 

The common area is one, large open space that encompasses the living room, dining room, and kitchen. There's even a couple desk areas for those needing to get a bit of work done. Both spacious bedrooms share a delightfully colorful hallway bathroom.

Outside you will find a large patio with dining table, a sitting area with couches, and sun loungers. A propane BBQ grill is available for outdoor cooking as well as a wood-burning firepit. Head toward the back of the property, at an even higher elevation, for some amazing star-gazing in the 4-person hot tub. Can't get better than this.

-Low outdoor music is allowed at levels that will not disturb the neighbors.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-7am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 21+
-Up to 2 dogs are allowed at a $100/stay total fee. Non-refundable once paid.
