Neutral and warm tones create a comfortable and calming atmosphere blending influences of the desert landscape to bring the outdoors in. A cozy patio just off the living rooms allows for just a hint of that desert warmth to enter the unit and truly connect the inside with the out.

Close to the start of the Uptown Design District and near the heart of Downtown Palm Springs. The community boasts lush landscape and large pools to cool off during the peak temps of the day!

Community pool and hot tub is available from 7AM-11PM. Pool is heated in the cooler months and the hot tub is activated on-site.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES & RULES
-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 25+
-Sorry, not Pet Friendly ($500 fine will be assessed for bringing any pets into this property)
-An in-person check-in at the Ryson offices in Downtown Palm Springs will be required prior to accessing the home.
-City Ordinance requires guests to sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and provide your ID to Ryson on the day of your arrival.
