It's a clubhouse in itself. Located in the historic Palm Springs Racquet Club area our House of Eternal Sunshine draws inspiration from the local pastime. With mid-century decor everywhere you look, you will also find some relics and references to the old Racquet Club. 

This colorful home sits at 1456 square feet and is a classic Alexander "All Seasons" build. Its open living and kitchen space bring in an abundant amount of natural light to create that magical indoor/outdoor feel to the home. Comfortable size rooms leave you feeling spread out but connected to your guests. The primary suite does have an en-suite bathroom while the secondary guests rooms share a bathroom located in the hallway.

Outside, you'll find an incredible size yard to entertain. A perfectly covered outdoor dining space will allow you to enjoy your dinners in the warm winter night. The pool is a classic kidney bean shape large enough to float away any worries.

FROM OCT 1 - APR 30, POOL HEAT IS INCLUDED IN RATES. There is no need to request pool heating. The pool is heated up to 87º and runs 7A-7P. If you would like pool heat outside of these dates, there is an additional $50/day. These fees will be requested after booking confirmation, but prior to your arrival.

Hot tub heating is available at the home and activated using a remote. The hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES & RULES
-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 25+
-Up to 2 dogs are allowed at a $100/stay total fee. Non-refundable once paid.
-Sorry, not Feline Friendly
-An in-person check-in at the Ryson offices in Downtown Palm Springs will be required prior to accessing the home.
-Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and provide your ID to Ryson on the day of your arrival.
