Inside you will find a 2BD, 2BA layout along with a bonus room to lounge or write your next screenplay. 

Located less than 10 miles from the Joshua Tree Park in one direction AND Pioneertown in the other direction, you're not far from the world although pop a squat on the back porch and you'll feel miles away. Play a game of horse shoes (for the young kids, it's the old-school form of cornhole), BBQ a nice dinner, and watch some amazing sunsets over the mountains.

-Low outdoor music is allowed at levels that will not disturb the neighbors.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-7am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 21+
-Sorry, not Pet Friendly ($500 fine will be assessed for bringing any pets into this property)
-Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and provide your ID to Ryson in advance of your arrival.
