We invite you to come unwind and relax in one the desert's newest vacation homes. Completey remodeled from head to toe, this 4BD pool home is ready to entertain. Primary bedroom w/ en-suite bathroom has 2 queen beds and direct access to the pool area. The other 3 bedrooms are adjacent on the same side of the house with a hallway bathroom to share. 

Spacious livingroom w/ fireplace and enough seating for the enitre group. Head out back to where the fun never stops and find your sparkling pool, heated hot tub, elevated lounge chair area and a wrap-around BBQ and dining area. This is a great home whether you're hosting a family outing, bachelorette party, or just a get-together with some close friends. 

Kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools you will need to prepare dinners or BBQ outdoors. This property has all the comforts of home, with the added amenities of a hotel. Located on the northern side of Palm Springs and within walking distance to the grocery store and coffee shop.

FROM OCT 1 - APR 30, POOL HEAT IS INCLUDED IN RATES. There is no need to request pool heating. The pool is heated up to 87º and runs 7A-7P. If you would like pool heat outside of these dates, there is an additional $50/day. These fees will be requested after booking confirmation, but prior to your arrival.

Hot tub heating is available at the home and activated using a remote. The hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival. 

ADDITIONAL POLICIES & RULES
-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 25+
-Up to 2 dogs are allowed at a $100/stay total fee. Non-refundable once paid

-An in-person check-in at the Ryson offices in Downtown Palm Springs will be required prior to accessing the home.
-Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and provide your ID to Ryson on the day of your arrival.
