Step into a fantastic world of color and comfort. This newly remodeled 4BD/3BA Demuth Park home is ready for its vacation rental debut. You will find your happy place inside the cool, sleek interior or you can capture the peace and serenity of the outdoor pool & spa area. Whichever you choose, you won't be disappointed. 

This home has been tastefully upgraded to include all the luxury amenities of a hotel and the comforts of a home. Each room has a dedicated mini-split A/C and Heat unit so each guest can have the maximum amount of temperature flexibility. 2 en-suite bedrooms, and a total 5 beds can be found along one side of the house. A fully stocked kitchen is ready to entertain the amateur chefs within us all. 

Just in case the backyard isn't enough, you are just steps away from Demuth Park, the largest public park in Palm Springs. Even though this home is not dog-friendly, you can enjoy the expansive grassy areas and huge shade trees over at the park.

FROM OCT 1 - APR 30, POOL HEAT IS INCLUDED IN RATES. There is no need to request pool heating. The pool is heated up to 87º and runs 7A-7P. If you would like pool heat outside of these dates, there is an additional $50/day. These fees will be requested after booking confirmation, but prior to your arrival.

Hot tub heating is available at the home and activated using a remote. The hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival. 

ADDITIONAL POLICIES & RULES
-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 25+
-Up to 2 dogs are allowed at a $100/stay total fee. Non-refundable once paid.

-An in-person check-in at the Ryson offices in Downtown Palm Springs will be required prior to accessing the home.
-Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and provide your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.
