A former 4BD unit, was converted to a 3BD to allow for ample space for all types of vacationers. All bedrooms are on the upper level to create a separation between the night owls and those who enjoy counting sheep.

This property with its fully stocked kitchen has all the comforts of home with the added amenities of a luxury hotel. Located only steps away from the community tennis courts and main pool/spa area, you're guaranteed to love your time here.

-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am

-Up to 2 dogs are allowed at a $100/stay total fee. Non-refundable once paid

-An in-person check-in at the Ryson offices in Downtown Palm Springs will be required prior to accessing the home.
-City Ordinance requires guests to sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and provide your ID to Ryson on the day of your arrival.
