Welcome to this private, but centrally located Palm Springs residence on a double lot with breath-taking, panoramic views. This spacious 4BD/2BA home is comfortably designed and decorated for a mid-sized family or group of friends. 

The interior walls and most of the art featured are creations by artist Sarah Stieber - applauded as “San Diego’s Best Local Contemporary Artist” by Modern Luxury magazine. Take tons of selfies in the colorful selfie hallway or go outside and take photos in front of a Sarah Stieber mural!

After you’ve enjoyed the vibrant art, check out the backyard for the majestic mountain views that will capture your imagination and enjoy the luxurious pool and spa. The backyard is equipped with a heated pool & hot tub, BBQ grill, firepit and awnings along the entire roofline that can be extended or retracted depending upon your preference. The front yard features a putting green if you’re feeling competitive or want to practice your putting.

Inside you will find a fully stocked kitchen and a home that has all the comforts of home along with the amenities you would find at a resort hotel. Large living room TV and couches for entertaining next to a full dining area for 8 guests. Three of the four bedrooms also come equipped with a workspace and a desktop monitor for those needing a bit more screen space.

For electric car drivers, there is also a Universal Charger located in the garage. Tesla users will need to have the standard Tesla converter to take advantage of this charger.

FROM OCT 1 - APR 30, POOL HEAT IS INCLUDED IN RATES. There is no need to request pool heating. The pool is heated up to 87º and runs 7A-7P. If you would like pool heat outside of these dates, there is an additional $50/day. These fees will be requested after booking confirmation, but prior to your arrival.
Hot tub heating is available at the home and activated using a remote. The hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival. 

ADDITIONAL POLICIES & RULES
-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 25+
-Sorry, not Pet Friendly ($250 fine will be assessed for bringing any pets into this property)
-An in-person check-in at the Ryson offices in Downtown Palm Springs will be required prior to accessing the home.
-Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and provide your ID to Ryson on the day of your arrival.
