Who is ready for some fun and games in this spunky and brightly remodeled home on the northern side of Palm Springs? This 3BD/2BA pool home is ready to entertain all who walk through the door. Whether your game is sun bathing, foosball, watching the stars, air hockey, swimming, ping pong, sleeping, or just watching some TV . . . this home has it all. 

Home features a fully stocked kitchen, both an interior and exterior dining table, ample lounge space in the living room, and a backyard space large enough for mutliple families. Plenty of shade for those not too keen on the UV rays and lots of activities to keep you busy. We'd be amiss to not mention the extra full-sized daybed within the Primary bedroom for the kids and a tabletop Ms Pac-Man game. 

So really there isn't a dull space within the property lines. Come check out one of the newest rentals on the Palm Springs market. 

FROM OCT 1 - APR 30, POOL HEAT IS INCLUDED IN RATES. There is no need to request pool heating. The pool is heated up to 87º and runs 7A-7P. If you would like pool heat outside of these dates, there is an additional $50/day. These fees will be requested after booking confirmation, but prior to your arrival.

Hot tub heating is available at the home and activated using a remote. The hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival. 

ADDITIONAL POLICIES & RULES
-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 25+
-Up to 2 dogs are allowed at a $100/stay total fee.
-Sorry, not Feline Friendly
-An in-person check-in at the Ryson offices in Downtown Palm Springs will be required prior to accessing the home.
-Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and provide your ID to Ryson on the day of your arrival.
