Welcome to Casa De La Soul . . . a home that embodies all the elements of a private desert compound that is sure to meet your needs for the perfect vacation. At almost 2,000 sq ft, this 3BD/2BA home located in Racquet Club West is perfectly situated back off the main road and on a quiet neighborhood street -- yet just a quick 5-minute drive to Downtown Palm Springs.

Inside you will find plenty of room to entertain, gather, dine, and just lounge around. A well-appointed living room, gas fireplace, formal dining area and even a few barstools for counter seating. For the ping pong lovers, there is a professional tournament-grade table in the nice air-conditioned living space. A full Primary Suite, that not only has its own en-suite lounge area and bathroom, but also features its very own outdoor in-ground hot tub (on the opposite side of the home from the main pool area).

Moving outdoors the amenities don't end and wrap 3/4 the way around the house. Large swimming pool, in-ground hot tub, outdoor dining table, BBQ grill, and even a sitting area to watch those great desert sunsets over the San Jacinto mountains. 

FROM OCT 1 - APR 30, POOL HEAT IS INCLUDED IN RATES. There is no need to request pool heating. The pool is heated up to 87º and runs 7A-7P. If you would like pool heat outside of these dates, there is an additional $50/day. These fees will be requested after booking confirmation, but prior to your arrival.

Hot tub heating is available at the home and activated using a remote. The hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival. 

ADDITIONAL POLICIES & RULES
-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 25+
-Up to 2 dogs are allowed at a $100/stay total fee. Non-refundable once paid
-Sorry, not Feline Friendly
-An in-person check-in at the Ryson offices in Downtown Palm Springs will be required prior to accessing the home.
-Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and provide your ID to Ryson on the day of your arrival.
