Bright and airy Mid-Century house, has exquisite furnishings in every room and 5-star amenities. No detail has been overlooked. Enjoy your own private extra-large pool, stunning mountain views, a pool table, and plenty of lounging areas. 

The wrap-around backyard features an outdoor cooking and dining area, fire pit, covered lounging space, an outdoor shower, and direct access to the game room which features a vintage (but working) pool table. How about a game of CORNHOLE? Yep, that's set up as well in the back.

Centrally located in the heart of Palm Springs. Most areas of interest are all within a 5-minute drive.

FROM OCT 1 - APR 30, POOL HEAT IS INCLUDED IN RATES. There is no need to request pool heating. The pool is heated up to 87º and runs 7A-7P. If you would like pool heat outside of these dates, there is an additional $120/day. These fees will be requested after booking confirmation, but prior to your arrival.

There is NO HOT TUB at this property.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES & RULES
-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 25+
-Up to 2 dogs are allowed at a $100/stay total fee. Non-refundable once paid
-Sorry, not Feline Friendly
-An in-person check-in at the Ryson offices in Downtown Palm Springs will be required prior to accessing the home.
-City Ordinance requires guests to sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and provide your ID to Ryson on the day of your arrival.
