Nestled in the heart of the gorgeous destination point, Palm Springs, this peaceful vacation oasis can comfortably accommodate 6 guests throughout 1,800 square feet of beautifully appointed living space, perfect for family and groups of friends. This mid century classic property features a stunning interior with mid century modern decor making it a comfortable, trendy place to vacation. In the delightful large, open living area, kick back and unwind while watching your favorite television shows on the dazzling 70 inch 3D TV with full cable and DVR. In the expansive, fully equipped kitchen prepare your favorite recipes before gathering together at the lovely indoor or outdoor dining tables to devour your culinary masterpiece. 

Challenge your companions to some friendly competition at the pool table located in the game-room, and afterwards look forward to lounging beneath the sun at the home’s sparking, large private heated saltwater swimming pool (heat must be ordered in advance if desired) with stunning mountain views or get some shade under the large covered patio. Conclude your perfect vacation day by soaking in the spacious hot tub situated in the home’s lush, backyard views. After working up an appetite, savor a mouth watering meal from the extra large gas grill as you dine al fresco on the property’s large patio. At the end of a long day, retreat to any of the bedrooms for a peaceful night’s sleep! 

From OCT 1 - APR 30, pool heat is included in rates. There is no need to request pool heating. The pool is heated up to 87º and runs 7A-7P. If you would like pool heat outside of these dates, there is an additional $50/day. These fees will be requested after booking confirmation, but prior to your arrival.

Hot tub heating is available at the home and activated using a remote. The hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival.

-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 25+
-Up to 2 dogs are allowed at a $100/stay total fee. Non-refundable once paid

-An in-person check-in at the Ryson offices in Downtown Palm Springs will be required prior to accessing the home.
-City Ordinance requires guests to sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and provide your ID to Ryson on the day of your arrival.
