This brand new midcentury architectural home is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental house that sleeps 8. Special features: Very family friendly with bunk beds and games for the kids. Washer and dryer.

Float in the pool, relax in the hot tub, or play some of the fun outdoor games like Monster Connect 4 and Jenga, or bocce ball. Cook meals on the outdoor grill and enjoy the lighted outdoor patio area. There is a 4K SmartTV in every room, each with built in Roku for streaming both live and recorded TV programs and movies.

The home features a large photovoltaic solar array on the roof, and a Tesla Wall Connector in the garage to charge your Model S, Model X, Model Y or Model 3! Other electric vehicles may be able to charge using the NEMA 14-50 outlet (50 amp 240 volt), please confirm your car has this adapter.

FROM OCT 1 - APR 30, POOL HEAT IS INCLUDED IN RATES. There is no need to request pool heating. The pool is heated up to 87º and runs 7A-7P. If you would like pool heat outside of these dates, there is an additional $50/day. These fees will be requested after booking confirmation, but prior to your arrival.

Hot tub heating is available at the home and activated using a remote. The hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival. 

ADDITIONAL POLICIES & RULES
-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-8am
-Two (2) noise complaints shall result in an immediate eviction
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 21+
-Sorry, not Pet Friendly ($500 fine will be assessed for bringing any pets into this property)
-City Ordinance requires guests to sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and provide your ID to Ryson prior to your arrival.
