Furnished in a relaxed, colorful Mid-Century Modern style, your home-away-from-home offers plenty of natural lighting, a relaxing mountain view and lots of room for living, working and playing -- including two desks for at-home work and super-fast wi-fi throughout the house.
The master bath includes a large, new spa-bath with a walk-in shower, soak tub and double sinks. A generous-sized kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances overlooks the pool and comes completely equipped for cooking and dining.
Enjoy your morning breakfast and evening meals in the spacious dining area. Spend your afternoons in the large, sun-dappled pool and your evenings in the heated whirlpool spa.
Linens, towels and ample kitchenware are available for your stay. Enjoy cable television, access to streaming channels, central air conditioning, a gas grill, and off-street parking for four vehicles. This home also features a handy washer/dryer set and ceiling fans throughout for gentle cooling.
From OCT 1 - APR 30, pool heat is included in rates. There is no need to request pool heating. The pool is heated up to 87º and runs 7A-7P. If you would like pool heat outside of these dates, there is an additional $50/day. These fees will be requested after booking confirmation, but prior to your arrival.
Hot tub heating is available at the home and activated using a remote. The hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival.
Additional Policies & Rules
-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 25+
-Up to 2 dogs are allowed at a $100/stay total fee. Non-refundable once paid

-An in-person check-in at the Ryson offices in Downtown Palm Springs will be required prior to accessing the home.
-Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and provide your ID to Ryson on the day of your arrival.

Our second month long stay at Luring Palm Oasis was excellent. There have been significant enhancements to the pool deck and backyard and the addition of new larger hot tub. The house makes great use of space and offering 5 beds and 4 baths is ideal for our group. Ryson makes using the house easy and the digital portal in the home offers reminder prompts and all needed details. As an owner of vacation rental property I was impressed with this tech and how it makes the experience smooth and informed. The house lives larger than it appears in photos and offers all a group would need for sort or longer stays. We have already booked our 3rd stay here - that says it all.

House is much more spacious than the pictures. It was clean and had plenty of sitting areas for communal conversation or when you wanted some privacy. The rooms have blackout roller shades with aluminum valances which make for a perfect nights rest - amazing touch! The beds were clean and comfortable and the team responds immediately if you have any issues. The house had two fridges and 2 dishwashers which made our stay even more comfy!! Neighborhood is safe and the circle driveway was perfect for our 4 cars!!! My brother in law even recommended this place to his coworker. I would 100% stay here again. Thank you Ryson!

We stayed here with a group of 7 and stayed comfortably for a whole week! the house was really spacious, with all the amenities you'd need. hosts were really communicative and had quick responses. really couldn't have asked for much more!

Words cant describe how memorable this trip was and a huge part of that is because of how kind and accommodating ryson was. Its such a beautiful house everything about it is perfect. Theyre communication was on point and very kind/respectful. I promise you this Home is worth every penny. My best airbnb experience ever! Cant thank you guys enough for everything.
