-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.

-Sorry, not Pet Friendly ($500 fine will be assessed for bringing any pets into this property)
-An in-person check-in at the Ryson offices in Downtown Palm Springs will be required prior to accessing the home.
-City Ordinance requires guests to sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and provide your ID to Ryson on the day of your arrival.

Our experience could not have been easier. We were looking for a safe space for a brief vacation during the pandemic, and very much appreciated the contact-free check-in/out process, and the somewhat secluded and very self-contained nature of the experience. All details were completed online, and we were able to drive from the safety of our home bubble directly to our vacation bubble, and home again, with zero risk to our health and safety. The staff were easily available for the couple very minor questions we had, and could not have been better.

A wonderful vacation rental any time, but especially during the pandemic. Really appreciated the historic mid-century style and furnishings, the fireplaces and patios, and the property overall. We felt like it was our very own home-away-from-home. Thank you!

I had a wonderful time! The unit is beautiful and the overall mid century vibe of the complex is outstanding. Lots of Hollywood history. Very close to downtown Palm Springs and other attractions. I would totally stay here again. I give it my highest recommendation.

We loved our stay at this beautiful, quiet and sparkling clean condo! It was a great location just moments from restaurants, etc. The space was beautifully appointed and spacious. Plenty of room for 4 people each with their own separate bathroom. The master bedroom and the shaded patio are very special. It's just a quick walk to the pool area which is beautiful. The complex is very quiet and serene. We will definitely be back! Thank you for such a great experience.
