Welcome to Demuth Park! The largest park in Palm Springs offering a plethora of sporting opportunities.
Located just beside the park the home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living space is quaint but feels roomy. The living room and kitchen are open to one another and just off the living room you'll find the laundry room. In th other direction you'll find your 3 bedrooms.
Bedroom one and two are beside one another with the guest bathroom sitting right before the first guest room.
Your master suite with en-suite bathroom sits in the back of the home with easy private access to the back yard.
The best part of the backyard . . . a new pool and in-ground spa.
Centrally located and only minutes to a great selection of stores, restaurants, and downtown.
From OCT 1 - APR 30, pool heat is included in rates. There is no need to request pool heating. The pool is heated up to 87º and runs 7A-7P. If you would like pool heat outside of these dates, there is an additional $50/day. These fees will be requested after booking confirmation, but prior to your arrival.
Hot tub heating is available at the home and activated using a remote. The hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival.
Additional Policies & Rules
-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 25+
-Up to 2 dogs are allowed at a $100/stay total fee. Non-refundable once paid
-Sorry, not Feline Friendly
-An in-person check-in at the Ryson offices in Downtown Palm Springs will be required prior to accessing the home.
-Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and provide your ID to Ryson on the day of your arrival.

Property
Ryson, the management company, was so responsive and thoughtful. The house was beautiful and spotless. The beds and linens were really nice and comfortable. The pool was amazing. We had our two kids with us who are 6 and 4 and one nice really nice thing is that across the street is a huge park! We went a couple times. We would definitely come back to this home or rent again from Ryson.

It was exactly as pictured and listed! Ryan & Jason were very quick to response for any needs and check on us few times throughout our stay to make sure everything was going great :) Very clean and pool & hot tub was nice(it seems like they were pretty new!), also kitchen had all the basic things to cook with and outdoor grill came in handy :) also there are markets closed by 6-10mins by car so it was easy to pick up anything if needed. Also having carport and shaded parking spot in front of house was very nice so our car didnt have to sit in the hot sun! There is one car garage but unfortunately our suv was gonna be tight fit but was able to park under carport which was good! We had a very nice relax get away for few days and would recommend and would love to stay again! :)

Great space for a weekend getaway or an extended vacation. The house has a charming and modern design. The layout makes it feel much larger than it is. The pool is the main attraction and it does not disappoint. Very kid friendly as well. We took our 8 year old and our infant and there was no worries about them at all. If you are looking for a place in Palm Springs this IS it. The location is great and not too far from the shops and restaurants. We will definitely rent again.
