This 3BD/2BA home features a backyard you will not want to leave, from the fire pit, the heated pool/spa to the lounge area and café lighting. Recently remodeled, this stylish vacation home features, all new appliances, new wood tone tile floors, new furnishings throughout.

The kitchen is supplied with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal including a wine refrigerator. Just steps away the dining area sits 8 and allows the sun light to come in through the window overlooking the pool and the sliding glass door going out to the covered patio.

Off the dining table you’ll discover the living area. This space is colorfully decorated with a comfortable sectional sofa, a marvelous 50” HDTV, and provides an excellent view of the outside pool including some amazing mountain views.

The primary bedroom features a King-size bed with comfortable bedding. The sliding glass door offers direct access to the backyard pool area. It also includes a modern en-suite bathroom that features a single vanity sink and a custom tiled walk in shower.

Guest bedroom #2 features a King-size bed that can be made into (2) Twin-size beds (just let us know your preference), a large closet and an accent chair. Guest bedroom #3 offers a Queen-size bed with an ample size closet and stylish décor and bedding. Guest bathroom is located in the hallway across from both of the guest bedrooms and features a shower / bathtub and a single vanity sink.

Located in the back of the house adjacent to the master bedroom you will find a bonus room. There is a desk that looks out on to the pool deck (which will make you not want to work) and a twin day bed. The bonus room also has a ceiling fan, an individual air conditioner and private access to and from the pool/backyard area.

Step outside to the covered patio with café lights and a patio table that seats 8. You can bask under the bright warm sun while enjoying a cocktail with friends, float in the sparkling clear pool or relax on one of the six lounge chairs while appreciating the surrounding mountain views. In the evening gather around with your family and friends and enjoy time with unwinding as you stargaze from the in-ground spa or lounge area that features an outdoor couch and ottoman. It doesn’t stop there because you can’t go on vacation without gathering around the fire pit and roasting some marshmallows for smores. For your grilling pleasures, there is a 4-burner BBQ. For added convenience there is a full-size washer and dryer located in the two-car garage located adjacent to the patio.

FROM OCT 1 - APR 30, POOL HEAT IS INCLUDED IN RATES. There is no need to request pool heating. The pool is heated up to 87º and runs 7A-7P. If you would like pool heat outside of these dates, there is an additional $50/day. These fees will be requested after booking confirmation, but prior to your arrival.

Hot tub heating is available at the home and activated using a remote. The hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival.

-An in-person check-in at the Ryson offices in Downtown Palm Springs will be required prior to accessing the home.
-Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and provide your ID to Ryson on the day of your arrival.
