The living room features a marble fireplace w/ fire glass, Bluetooth sound bar, and plenty of seating. The living room couch folds down to a double bed. The fully-equipped kitchen is just off the living room and has everything you’ll need to cook a gourmet meal: appliances, cookware, dishes, etc.
There’s an island counter top bar that seats 3 guests and a formal dining table that seats 4.
Each bedroom has it's own style and decor giving the rooms their own unique look and feel. There is also plenty of closet and storage space.
The 50 inch flat screen TV in the living room has DirectTV's very best PREMIER package with 315+ digital channels and an activated Netflix account.
FROM OCT 1 - APR 30, POOL HEAT IS INCLUDED IN RATES. There is no need to request pool heating. The pool is heated up to 87º and runs 7A-7P. If you would like pool heat outside of these dates, there is an additional $50/day. These fees will be requested after booking confirmation, but prior to your arrival.
Hot tub heating is available at the home and activated using a remote. The hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival.
ADDITIONAL POLICIES & RULES
-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 25+
-Sorry, not Pet Friendly ($500 fine will be assessed for bringing any pets into this property)
-An in-person check-in at the Ryson offices in Downtown Palm Springs will be required prior to accessing the home.
-City Ordinance requires guests to sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and provide your ID to Ryson on the day of your arrival.

The property was a perfect size for us. I love the indoor and outdoor living space. Everything was perfect. The minute we arrived we knew our stay was going to be amazing. Overall we have nothing negative to say about our stay. Definitely not our last stay.

My family and I spent this week at tranquil Padua Pad and had such an amazing experience. To start off the beautiful home decor gives you a sense of luxury and relaxation at the same time. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bedrooms are extremely comfortable, we all slept like babies with the very comfortable beds and pillows.
The home provides so much entertainment, televisions with a variety of streaming networks, an extensive library of boardgames and of course the pool and spa provide fun for all, especially the kids. The outside grill and fire pit allowed us to spend relaxing evenings while enjoying the beautiful Palm springs sky.
Thank you Tranquil Padua Pad for providing such a marvelous experience.
We can't wait to visit again!

Ryson, the property manager was so kind and helpful! When I had trouble getting the spa to work, I called for help and resolved the problem immediately.

My family loves staying at the Tranquil Padua Pad so much we had to come back. The second time was just as nice. Such a comfortable, relaxing place to unwind. The backyard is a great place to hang out together in the pool and hot tub. The beds are more comfortable than our own back home, and theres a TV in every room. Cant wait to come back again!

The feeling upon first walking into the Tranquil Padua Pad was one of amazement and delight. The interior is modern and perfectly maintained and cleaned. When I look around I see so many things I wish I had in my own home. The best part for my family and I was the pool and hot tub! At night, you can look through the sliding glass door from the master bedroom and watch the pool changing colors, enticing you back in for another refreshing dip! My family and I can't wait for our next vacation at the Tranquil Padua Pad! Thank you!
